What’s your turnaround time?
We deliver original photos and unedited video within 5 business days. Edited photos are delivered within 5 business days after you make your selections. The highlight film is delivered within 4 weeks.
How long is a highlight film?
Typically 6-8 minutes, covering all key moments—vows, speeches, cocktail hour, first dance, the reception/thank-you dinner, and other story-defining highlights.
How do we receive the final film and photos?
Via a private online gallery (photos) and a secure cloud link (videos) with full-resolution downloads. USB delivery is available on request.
Can we request edits?
For photos, we align on your preferred style first and retouch one sample image as the template. We proceed with the full set only after you approve the sample. After delivery of the full set, you may submit one round of notes to refine the edits.
How do you work with our photographer?
We coordinate timeline, roles, and positioning in advance to avoid blocking each other. Assigning a family wrangler helps group portraits run smoothly.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season, plan to book 8–12 months ahead; weekends fill fastest.
Do you provide raw footage/files?
Yes. We provide all original photos and unedited video footage to our clients.
What if it rains?
We keep indoor/covered backup locations ready; clear umbrellas photograph beautifully and keep the schedule on track.
